I haven't been on here in a while. I ended up having to have another emergency colon surgery. I have lost some more weight just from not being able to eat. Not how I wanted to lose it but now I am just trying to feel better and get well. I want to encourage all of you to keep doing great as you are, and thanks to you for being here for me too.

102.1 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg. Still to go: 25.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.3 kg a Week
