I am really enjoying calorie counting and making healthy choices and when I enjoy things it makes it less challenging to stick to and then seeing the results increases my motivation. Onwards and upwards or should it be downwards!
72.1 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
