Breakfast omlette, coffee w half and half, lunch salad w chicken, veggies and blue cheese dressing, diet coke, dinner Cobb salad w blue cheese dressing at Fridays, iced tea (dinner partner had wine--I passed it up)! I felt like I ate a lot yesterday and love that I didn't go above 148. Someone at work told me I looked like I was losing weight. 11 more days to attaining my next goal--being on this eating and excersize plan for 6 weeks. I need to start thinking about a reward--Yea me!
