Still maintaining which is slightly disappointing seeing as I have been really good and logging everything, staying under 1200kcals a day. Also lots of walking. Bang on 11st 6lbs. What am I doing wrong?
72.6 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
