That's more like it. I expect 2-3lbs a week from this point on which is a good, sustainable pace...

Until I hit the holidays. Not sure what I'm going to do then. :-S

I think trying to maintain through the holidays is always good. It's not easy to lose with all the temptations. I try to get lot's of exercise and make good choices. Not easy though.
