Breakfast Choc Chip Atkins Bar, coffee w half and half, combined lunch and dinner cobb salad w blue cheese dressing (dressing must have had some sugar in it since I tested small), almonds for snack, iced tea, diet coke.
Yea--seems like I broke through a slump. Hopefully it's not a loss of muscle due to no weight lifting for a few days (have been at home w grandkids). Will lift again tonight. Kitties still won't approach me but we will keep trying.
