I found thar if the scale is standing still, measure your body. You might be amazed at the results. But just keep going.

They say that first 2 weeks you will notice an energy change, after 4 weeks you will notice the change in your clothing, and only after 6 weeks will you start seeing a difference on the scale
Just keep it up and remember that the scale doesn’t mean body fat, it is sometimes also water weight💪

Thank you all so much for the encouragement 💕 i got excited because i lost 3.8kg in the first 3 weeks so i thought that was going to be the trend but i am definitely not giving up, i will start taking my measurements because my clothes are definitely less tight
