Woohoo! 11 1/2 stone. My weight had gradually increased due to perimenopause over the last 2 years. From 10st ish to 12st and I was starting to feel unhealthy and decided to act. Well acting has lost 7lbs and we are going out for a 10km walk this morning although I do have a Chelsea bun as a treat today I’m pretty sure that won’t register on the scales as will still stay under my 1200 calories.
