Tiny win, but I’ll take it! Another pretty solid day of minding what I ate and telling myself to stop after a very moderate amount. Of course, the thing that helps me most is food prep - which I do for breakfast and lunch at work.

Today is a cardio day - hoping to sweat out a little and see another win in the scale tomorrow 🤞🏻💪🏻🏃🏻‍♂️
86.4 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week
