This is by far the HEAVIEST, I have ever been. Not to mention the downside of being this heavy. Waking up with an aching body 😢, not being able to keep up with my son and not to mention constant heartburn 😩.

Honestly some days I feel like my heart will stop 🥺, so this time around I have to be so strict and consistent before my son is without a mother due to health reasons. If I can control this one bit of my life for him, I have no choice. One week of clean eating, I could not wait for Feb to start.

So on e again, will be using this community as a form of encouragement 🫶🏽
130 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 30 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
