Finally got back to 177 lbs. The last time I saw that on the scale was Sept 9th. It has been a struggle and I know it is just a number. My clothes fit well and I am happy with how I look and feel. I am hoping to reach 175 then start to maintain. The real challenge is maintaining. It would be so easy to slip back in old habits. I have to realize this is my way of life now and enjoy each and every moment. Life goes on and part of life is change. I sometimes find it difficult to accept change at home and in my work life. I am working on that. Smell the roses Judy that is my montra. Have a great day and find something to laugh at today it is good for the soul to laugh.
