Still mad at myself for letting go and not sticking with my workouts. I start feeling down and discouraged (not just about my fitness goals, but with life in general), and then I just stop. Can't be doing that. :(

**TODAY'S WORKOUT**
1) "30 Day Shred"

57.4 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.8 kg a Week
