I've been staying pretty active in our winter storm to stay out of the kitchen. the scale rises to 253 then back down to 251. so my next goal is to get below 250. I walk and do yoga watch what I'm eating and drink my water. it's taken 10 years to be this weight and I appreciate every little pound that comes off.
