Holy moley, what a great week! My weigh in this morning surprised the heck out of me; I wasn't expecting such a big loss being as I'm no spring chicken anymore and it takes more effort. I'm a happy camper today! I know it'll slow down because it always does. But I'm going to keep working and trying, and not slipping sideways. It's worth it, it's worth it, it's worth it!
