Well I still have my postal job and I'm walking 9 miles a day!! I bit extreme I know but I get paid to exercise 😅
I have between eating a lot more though, so that has to stop.
I have been trying to find a hack, system, influencer of loosing weight without too much effort, it does not exist,
Its about hard work and ACCOUNTABILITY, It's about a daily struggle which will be there forever.
I need to get out of my comfort zone where nothing grows and fight the good fight. it will take me to dark places I won't like, like hunger and hard work. I need to be ACCOUNTABLE...its me who put me in this situation and its me who's going to get me out
