I started on my diet on June 1st, 2009. I'm 29 years old and think that 30 is the best age of all time. I look forward to turning 30 and want to look and feel the best that I have ever looked and felt! I weighed in at 177.4 lbs when I began my diet with Jenny Craig and currently weigh 137.3! I was very depressed with my appearance and my inability to do certain exercises! I have always wanted to be a runner and could never to so. I love to get outdoors and go hiking in the pretty seasons, and found myself out of breath and stopping for rests A LOT! My husband beared with me on long hikes and I always completed my hikes, but not without feeling like crap! My outlook on life has done a complete 180! I feel and look so much healthier! I just ran my first 5K last weekend and was overcome with emotion crossing that finish line! I'm running 4-6 days a week now and have gone down 4 sizes in my jeans! I feel like a brand new person! My mom is doing the program with me and she's doing just as well! I'm so proud of both of us! I have 12.5 lbs to go to meet my goal, and still have some toning up to do, but it's totally within reach! I can't even believe how well I've done and continue to do! I now consider myself Skinny, and my WII is so proud of me too! I love getting on my WII Fit and not being Obese anymore! Way to go me!!
