been walking most every day and yoga twice a week. cut back on my eating created new projects to keep me physically and mentally busy.
114.1 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 46.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
