my morning gym workout I worked out my legs and push pull sled!
96.6 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

wondering what push pull sled is.

Some gym. may have sleds like EOS Gym that's where I workout and you can even add weight to make it heavier! When you get a chance go to YouTube and look up push pull sled. It's an awesome cardio workout! 🙂

That's fantastic today I did shoulders back and abs! Followed by 20 minutes of sauna therapy!
