had a 4 day weekend no dieting or counting just bar b qs liquor and beer. Had a great time now lets get back on track only gained 2 pounds not bad.
113.4 kg Lost so far: 36.3 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
