Started powerlifting!! Proud with my approach since 2 months of starting!! On my way to be a TOP lifter!! Wish me all good luck in my long journey🙏🙏
Struggling with my lower abs though😏they never get down tried Keto and Low Fat but they got me nothing but starvation and not feeling full🥺Any suggestions would be appreciated from all of u🥰
