seemed to have plateaued my own fault have been out for birthdays and parties so I need to get back on track.

91.2 kg Lost so far: 24.0 kg. Still to go: 23.1 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Good Luck!! summer time is the hardest time to follow any plan! theres always sooo much going on!! BUT we can do it!!!!
