I cheated a little bit yesterday. My boyfriend had a chicken strip basket from dairy queen (oh so good) and I had 1/2 a chicken tender and about 5 french fries. I was definitley scared to weigh in this morning. I weighed in anyways and I had lost .6 lbs. It makes me wonder if I could have lost a whole 1 lb if I had not cheated. Well, nothing I can do about it now and at least I am still losing...I am definitly obsessed. I want to be in the 180's by next week...it is definitly possible.

My workout is becoming too easy (my body is getting used to it) so I will have to increase the intensity. I am dreading the pain that comes with increasing the intensity until your body gets used to it. Oh well...just one more sacrifice right?

Food: B - Organic whole wheat cereal with FF soy milk
S - Low sodium V8
L - ground sirloin with parmesan zucchini and squash
D - ?? I am going out to eat with my boyfirend. I will try to eat the healthiest thing I can.

Workout - 30 mins on treadmill (1.75 mi with 2.5 incline)

Weight - down .6 lbs
86.8 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.9 kg a Week
