Scales up again. This is getting old. I am trying a trial membership at gym this week. May join for lunch workouts. Not getting them done at home. Hoping this might help me get out of this slump.
75.5 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 18.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

When I worked in B/CS, I joined Gold's Gym. I really liked it. They had a "For Women Only" section. I could workout before I went to pick up Taylor! Plus - paying out the money really helped motivate me to go.

Have fun at the gym! I have a hard time working out at home, so exercise classes help keep me motivated. I hope it does the same for you!
