The week started out great and then there was a family birthdays and coming and I got myself tired and wasn't watching how I was eating...so ended a poor week..I also know I didn't drink the water I should of
93.7 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 23.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week

Hi! Just visiting to say I hope you are feeling happier. Not losing weight real fast, haven't weighed since at 250. The 29th is a special day for me and I hope to lose at least 3-5 lbs. I'm rooting for you, hang in there. I know I need to drink more water late in day but don't want to be up all night, if you know what I mean. Berlin

Hi Cherbe! For a person who uses the computer to make a living I am really dense with going on line. Finally was able to pull up your profile and learn about you personally. I have 3 sons and 2 granddaughters and one grandson. You are much lower than me in weight. I started gaining weight with my pregnanies in my twenties. But I was a really thin kid and don't identify myself with the body I'm in now. When I see pictures of myself I am embarrassed. I guess I technically am on the GI diet even though I'm doing it a little differently. Am eating almost 100% fresh or frozen. Trying to avoid artificial sweetners because I discovered, by doing this plan, they make me super irritable. Have 1 huge dog and 8 cats. Two of my sons share house with me. You commented I seem busy. I think I exercise more in my head than my body. If I can give you any encouraging tip, I mentioned this before I think, try and find in your grocery store the woman's mag "First". Usually at register. I have discovered so many helpful things through this litlle magazine. I still have problems exercising. Hang in there, I think of your and my mission and know we can do it. Click on to 'goodgal' in Atkins. She's my real life best friend and has worked wonders with her determination. Finally broke 250. Weigh 249 today. 248 is my first personal goal to pass. Will let you know when I get there. Hope you sign in soon. I think you're probably much busier than me. Berlin.

Hi berlin: I have had a lot of company this summer, but it soon shall be back to normal here. Thanks for your encouragement...this week should be a good one. I am trying to be good to myself. I don't get a lot of walking in as I have a hip that bugs me quite a bit. I did pick up that maga zine First at one time and remember it as being full of tidbits...some pretty good. Shall do that again. Thanks. Congratulations on the next level of your weight loss. Remember I already lost 34 lbs when I found this page. good luck this week. I only record what I weigh once a week. take care cherbe.
