Yeah!! Still losing!!

Food:
B - 3 eggs scrambled with veggie "sausage" patties
L - ground sirloin patty and side salad
D - Steak salad
S - 2 bite size dove dark chocolate

Workout - 30 mins on treadmill (1.7 mi at 3.5 incline)
87.1 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
