Started banting in October target is to loose about 7kgs before festive season… first 2 weeks was stagnant i was cheating a lot. Now my routine is coffee with collagen (it curbs appetite) in the morning abt 3l of water throughout the day, then around 3pm i have complex carbs, veges with protein then supper meal replacement shake(NPL diet Pro) in between i have fruit. This is so i reach my target then i can maintain. So far so good 2.3kgs gone in 10 days .
