People are starting to notice my weight loss which is encouraging. Of course I want to be instantly thin but I am practicing my patience. Thanks for everyone support. I am hanging in there and working the gym pretty hard. Inches are coming off. Weekly I take the dreaded naked pictures to see my progess. I am happy to report the difference is visible by the naked hour:) See u all next week.
