I ate quite lightly on Friday cause i knew i was going to have wine and braai that evening. I didn't sleep well so didn't feel too great on Saturday so i ended up eating quite lightly again and then had quite a large portion of fish, chips and calamari that evening. And Sunday i ate my normal meals. I think i just got lucky lol!
