I've been on my diet for a week now (since Sunday 10/4/09), and I'm losing weight rather rapidly. I've lost 4 pounds already. Should I be concerned over that?
109.3 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
