2.4 pound gain over Easter weekend with family of origin. So unhealthy to be there. Food all over. Fatty, sugary, highly processed, no limits, modeled. Dad still getting up and binging overnight after all these years, talking about "How much I miss overeating like I did when I was your age." I didn't realize how bad the modeling was for years. I weigh 50+ pounds more than him on a smaller frame, so I've not adapted well to middle age. I wonder if it's enough to maintain weight, avoid emotional binges like these, then accidentally lose weight every year or two when sick?

And my joints hurt so much when I was there. Can overeating really cause almost instant pain? And the right thigh stretch marks hurt again, presumably from that few pounds weight gain. That's fairly common.

But my jaw doesn't hurt so much, which I take as being more relaxed, due to being away from work.
