The workouts *had* been going great until Tuesday, when I strained a muscle/ligament in my left bicep/forearm. I've shut down from working out for a week, then will resume doing leg work and upper body. And then incorporate light weight for rehab on the arm. My right arm has been lagging a bit in development, so this is my chance to get it caught up.
140.5 kg Lost so far: 39.1 kg.    Still to go: 49.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.0 kg a Week
