Well, for 3 days now I've been 131, so I think I'll record it as that. And in the evenings, when I used to be 137, I am now 133. So I think I really have lost some weight. Yay!

I think I finally found my motivation, even if it's not entirely healthy. hahaha! I saw these pictures of a girl and her husband on their honeymoon, and she was so tiny. He could pick her up like she was lighter than a feather. And I sat there wishing I could look like that again, because I used to. And people used to tell me I was light as a feather.

So now, whenever I need some motivation I just look at her picture and say to myself, do you look like that yet? If not, it's time to go hit that treadmill. lol! Turns out, negative reinforcement works pretty good on me. hahaha! Hey, right now, it's whatever works to get my butt away from my work and take care of myself.
