So yeah, gained a pound which I expected. Better than I thought; I figured it would be two or three. That being said, I bet I lose some this week since I'm sick, and then back to the gym. Happy Easter everyone!
76.5 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

You can't worry about a pound. I know, I say that, but I still know it in the back of the head when it happens to me--LOL. Seriously, though, a pound can be muscle or water. The important thing is that you are trying, making the changes and are well.
