Uggh! This week started off really well. I was positive and determined to get back on track. I did my workouts, no problem. The issue is that I'm still slipping on my diet.
I've once again gained a little bit more, which isn't a big tragedy, but I'm disappointed because I could have lost weight and reached my mini-goal.
Instead, I'm picking the wrong foods AGAIN and going back to my old patterns AGAIN.
Now I'm going to tell myself this time that no real damage has been done and I can easily remedy this and start losing weight again.
This is the point where I've always gone wrong in the past...the countless times where I've lost quite a bit of weight, started slipping, and then just let myself go the whole way, back to square one.
I recognize it now and this time I can't let that happen.
I'm staying positive. Next week, there will be weight loss. 👍
