I am not surprised that I gained since I weighed in last. I have been spending a lot of time at my parents house where it isn't easy to track what I am eating. Also I have been exercising less. It has been a difficult time, my dad passed away on 1st September due to an aggressive cancerous brain tumor. It was hard at the end watching him suffer, so I tend to eat too much. Just the funeral on Friday then hopefully I can get back on track. On the positive side I have now been able to book a much needed holiday. I am going alone but it is an activity holiday and I am really looking forward to it.

Deepest condolences Ten. Trust me when ur ready you can go back to weight loss take your time … sometime weight loss is no longer a priority when we feel overwhelmed …. You need to come to terms with your loss xxx
