Taking it day by day. Trying to remember to log everything. This is another busy weekend coming up, but Im going to do meal prepping so I dont have to scramble every day to figure out what to eat. Im also on a McD's kick. Yesterday, that all I wanted for lunch but instead I ate my sad turkey sandwich that I brought to work. I didnt bring anything today so its a gamble.
After talking to my therapist yesterday, Im realizing that one of the reasons I havent been to the gym is because I have co-dependent tendencies. Im not around any of the people I used to work out with, my old gym owner sold the place and moved, and Im just kinda floating along by myself. I actually dont mind going alone so I guess Im just using it as an excuse that I didnt even realize was there.
