Man,
Being on this diet around birthdays just sucks!!! But I was good and didn't eat the cake. Just my Rip IT energy drink from Albertson's. No calories, no carbs!! I'm doing much better than I thought I would, but I'm worried that the next phase will not help me in my weight loss. I want to keep progressing like I am and it sounds like I won't. Anyway, things are good, but I sure do miss breads and cakes.
64.9 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You are doing extremely well. I used to think I couldn't live without bread but, even on Phase 2, I don't have much of it anymore. I haven't reached my goal yet, although I am close; however, I can assure you that the diet works and that you can have some bread (whole wheat cake?) from time to time as you progress without interrupting your weight loss. Keep up the great work, you have strong will power!

GOOD JOB!! WOW!!!! I am proud of you, what willpower, thought i had that too, messed up big time on august 4th, and i am paying for it, had y 15yr olds bday party, yeah right, found out my willpower sucked!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ANYWAY, i am back on track with phase 1, and i will stay here for 2 weeks, as of this past sat. cause i messed up, and its what i am gonna do!!! 2 more weeks, and i think if and when you go to phase 2,and its not working, do a detox, or just come back to phase 1. You'll be fine! Keep that possitive attitude of yours, you'll have great success!!!!!!
