On some days, we can’t control the binge eating. It’s fine :) It happens with me too. I usually eat around 1200 calories but once in a week I consume upto 2500 cals when I binge eat cz I can’t stop that day ..

I used to do that when restricting the kcal every day. Here and there add an extra 100-200 kcal when you feel like wanting to eat. it helps to stop binge eating. some extra kcal will not turn into fat it will store as glycogen

You can just burn some extra … I mean whatever you can for those extra 500 and in my opinion best way to beat hunger is to have dry fruits … I do that way and it’s satisfying.

try to add more protein and fiber in that 1400 cal as well as drink more water within the daily limit so that it will keep you full for longer time

Drink a lot of water & if you feel like you're not in the mood to drink water replace it with any zero calorie & zero sugar drink
