added walking now 2 days drinking lemon ginger herbal tea in my coffee in the mornings lunches were greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, frozen peaches, and raw almonds made into a smoothy with no sugar/sugar substitutes. with a chef lettuce salad. been stay full and more active one night I couldn't sleep...I wanted to get up and take a late night stroll on our country roads...
