This week was an okay week. I'm down another 2lbs, which is great! I think if I can continue to push my cardio and weight-training I will continue to make progress. Since I met my weight loss goal for the week and did generally well for the month of September, I'm suppose to treat myself tonight to some ColdStone Creamery...however, I don't think I really want it that bad. Let's see if I can plan something for dinner or just splurge my remaining 19points for today on ice cream!
Goals for next week:
Lose 2-3lbs Eat 25g+ fiber Drink lots of water Exercise at least 5 days SMILE!!! I am doing great!
