By the end of this cut, I'd like to be down around 285.

My genetic weak point are my biceps. I have long biceps bellies, and it's hard for me to develop a peak. My last few workouts, I've pushed extra hard to get that extra rep, get through the pain. And I'm reaping the benefits, my biceps are larger, more defined, and are finally getting a peak to them. And right now, granted, with just a little bit of fat on them, I'm measuring 18.5" flexed. When it's all said and done, I'd like to be a lean 20-22".
139.2 kg Lost so far: 40.5 kg.    Still to go: 48.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
