I am at Tbilisi now. And weight 100 kilos. It feels like uncomfortable to see to the mirror, but much more better then eat 2000 calorie’s per day and hate or anger everything, instead of life. I will try smaller steps and don’t be in a hurry. Will see, my goal still 90 kilos.
