Ok, need to weigh myself in the morning....I weighed myself last night at 137, but this morning i was 132.8. That might not be a big different to some, but to me, that seems huge! 4 pounds in 8 hours....yeesh. Obviously I need to weigh myself in the mornings from now on, if only because evening weigh ins will depress me. haha!
I haven't tried dieting, and I'm eating poorly lately, even for me. It's harder right now, because we are redoing our kitchen, so everything is just whatever we have or can make simply, and less health conscious. I have to make up for it with exercise instead....just need motivation!
