Finally scales are moving back down. Hmm amazing what eating right combined with exercise will do :) Only 20 days til I participate in my first 5K. Race begins at 8:30 and awards presentation is at 10. I hope i am through my race by then :) I am participating along side my SIL and some other ladies in our community. It will be a great time just have to get my butt in gear so that I don't pass out trying to participate :)
