i feel great and i am working really hard.. to think i did it all on my own and a few cheetos here and there... yet the exercise helped ALOT. :)i like this diet! go EFS!

65.8 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
