Haven't been logging food here, but I have been keeping track using my UP. Lost a few pounds, but I haven't really gotten back to eating very well, and the one thing I am having a hard time giving up is my glass of wine after work. I know it's empty calories, but I love having a glass and a bubble bath when I get home. I'm going to start really working on the rest of my diet and see where that takes me, and then, if I have to I will cut it out.
