Things have been pretty stressful and I've been eating WAY worse than I planned to. It's time to get back on track. Today I feel good. It doesn't matter that I just ate a McDonald's burger, what matters is that I ate, slowly, and enjoyed my meal.
I'm going to start paying attention to what I put into my body and make sure that I get my water intake up there again. I know it helps, on a lot of levels.
