Weight is back up again...so it's a bit discouraging...but hopefully I can get it closer to wear I want it to be. I'm just feeling a bit down today, so motivation is lacking. :(

58.5 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
