Last week's challenge was a bust! Weight stuck on 169 for about 2 weeks. Today is a fasting day to prepare for a blood test; blood sugar staying constant and in 'normal' range, blood pressure near normal even after 6 weeks of eliminating one of my medications. Working at eliminating all meds by diet , weight loss and healthy exercise.
