Had a good workout last night. Dropped down in weight, something I like to do as my strength builds, go back to lighter weights, focus intensely on form and eccentric motion, and then carry that through every set. As usual, my final sets weren't that far off my personal bests for those exercises, but this time with much better form. I'll work up from these weights again, get to my personal bests, and eclipse them.

Though...my form is pretty good on shrugs, but a really put the traps to work last night. Full squeeze and hold at the top, slow coming down.

I had been working out six days a week, but getting ready to switch things up, so I'm going to incorporate one day of rest between training sessions, give my muscles more opportunity to recover and grow.
142.2 kg Lost so far: 37.5 kg.    Still to go: 51.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
